Content Removal Request
Maneki Homes aggregates publicly available property listing information and translates it for an English-speaking audience. We respect intellectual property rights and respond promptly to all removal requests.
Send your request
Email us at manekihomes@proton.me with the following:
- The URL(s) on our site you want removed
- The original source URL(s) if applicable
- Your relationship to the content (property owner, photographer, listing agent, etc.)
Response time
We review and act on all removal requests within 24-48 hours. In most cases, content is removed the same business day.
What we remove
Upon a valid request we take the listing off Maneki Homes entirely. It stops appearing in search, on the map and in email alerts, and the text and photographs we copied from the source are deleted — both from the listing record and from our image storage.
The listing is then added to a permanent do-not-publish list. Our importer checks that list before every run, so it will not pick the listing up again even while it remains live on the source site.
We keep a minimal record that the listing existed and that its removal was requested — a reference number and a date, with none of the copied content. That is how we make sure it stays removed.
We are an aggregator, not the origin. The source site remains the authoritative record for the listing, and removal there is the only thing that reaches everyone else who republishes it.
Backup copies and server logs can persist for a short period after removal as part of normal system operation. They are not served to visitors.
